Information on Visiting Latin America
-
The best time to visit Latin America is generally during the dry seasons, which vary by region but usually fall between December and March, or May and October depending on where you’re going. For most travelers, the sweet spot is November to February when much of Central and South America has good weather, and good vibes.
-
Between most major cities in the majority of Latin countries, you’ll be able to find buses between them. However, especially in South America, the distance between your destinations can get pretty long so you could potentially utilize the solid range of domestic flight options.
-
In my personal opinion, Latin America is a more experienced destination, as opposed to somewhere like Europe or Southeast Asia. In a way, I think it is a bit more adventurous and you have a lot of different ways you could plan your trip here. Everything feels way less touristy I reckon, but that isn’t to say you wont meet awesome people!
